LiveWell
A community-centered approach to healthy living
This was a three-month service design project sponsored by Mayo Clinic and Design Continuum to design a Medical Home service for the future.
Our process included exploratory research to create a territory map and interviews with physicians, nurses and other employees at Mayo Clinic.
We also conducted directed storytelling, collage-making sessions and asked patients to complete journals to elicit people’s personal memories about their health care experience and their thoughts on the ideal service.
LiveWell is a community-centered approach to wellness that encourages individuals to build healthy habits, assists in making healthy decisions in everyday life and motivates people by creating a community network.
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION
All members of the team were involved in the research, ideation and design process. I made additional contributions in designing research material and the process documentation.
